Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you very much for shopping at dynomicbook. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if there is a problem, then we are here to help you. Since all our products are digital (usually in ePub or PDF format, without any DRM protections), returns are not really possible. However, we at dynomicbook. understand that a student/person may want a refund due to many possible reasons, therefore we have the following easy and generous policy for refunds:
Our website sells ebooks, we will not refund orders that mistakenly say this is a hardcover book. We are not responsible for your mistake. Please read carefully this is an ebook, not a hardcover book.
If you have mistakenly purchased a product, there is NO refund.
In case of duplicate purchases, double charges, etc, you can ask for a refund anytime. We will honor your request even if it’s after a whole year has passed.
We have 7 days (1 week) refund policy in case if a product doesn’t meet the description, is the wrong edition, or not formatted properly, etc. dynomicbook. will refund you the full amount.
If you have mistakenly bought a product (seriously? how?), and inform us almost immediately, we try and refund you up to 50% of the amount. However, this is done on a case by case basis and we take some things into consideration like how soon you informed us, did you download the product or not, etc. (Please don’t scam us, we are small and poor too)
When asking for a refund, please contact us via email (preferred), and tell us the problem along with your order number and/or the email address you used for the order. We try to respond within a maximum of 24 hours (however, its usually much sooner).
